Lose weight and still eat cheese: Diane

I have lost 70 pounds since starting Boxing Fitness! I have always struggled with staying fit. It was not until I started the Boxing Fitness Programs that I finally felt like I found something that I could stick with. There is no pressure to come every day but I manage 3 times a week now. I take things at my pace which has definitely improved overtime and I can still balance eating many of the things I love.
