Owner Sheila Molloy just wanted to lose weight and stay fit, so she started boxing fitness eight years ago and it was love at first hit…
Maureen calls her the “Evander Holyfield” of marketing and operations. Sheila is uncertain if that title alludes to her ability to move between two weight classes or is based on ability. Regardless, Sheila is responsible for providing overall direction for all operational aspects of ITC including marketing, external relations, and internal general operations. She has over 25 years of experience in marketing and operations management in mid-to-senior level management and currently works as a business development advisor to a number of companies.
Sheila holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) Degree with Distinction from the University of Manitoba and a Diploma in Creative Communications with a major in Advertising from Red River College in Winnipeg. She has authored two business cases for an International Marketing textbook currently in publication and enjoys speaking to various groups on communication, leadership and the power of optimism.
In 2004, Sheila was inducted as a lifetime member to Beta Gamma Sigma the international business honour society. This means she is smart, but it does not make her much better at boxing.
Sheila holds her Apprentice-in-Training Boxing Coach Certification with the Canadian Amateur Boxing Association in conjunction with NCCP including the Make Ethical Decisions & Respect in Sport online courses.
She is also a proud member of the Manitoba Amateur Boxing Association.
