BOXING FITNESS Each 60 minute class incorporates boxing training, heavy bag work, strength training and cardio circuits with a focus on the entire body.
BOXING FUNDAMENTALS This 60 minute class focuses on technique and boxing fitness. Strength, stance, positioning and balance are all essential to a good punching technique and a creative defense response.
LITTLE CONTENDERS This is a fun class designed for boys and girls 6-10, incorporating basic fitness, boxing technique, drills and agility.
